ADHD & Autism Support Harrow

ADHD & Autism Support Harrow is a well established local charity (charity reg: 1080795) that has been in existence since 1996. It widened its objectives in 2010 when it took over the work of the former Harrow Branch of the National Autistic Society and became ADHD & Autism Support Harrow. The aim of the enlarged charity is to allow parents, carers, professionals and individuals affected by a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to benefit from the significant overlaps in need between the two conditions to bring a range of expertise and experience under one umbrella.

We provide information, training, support groups and practical help. We provide general information on ADHD and/or ASD and on the services, benefits and other resources available to carers and people with ADHD and/or ASD from health, education and social services, voluntary organisations and the private sector.

We aim to raise awareness of the needs of families living with ADHD and/or ASD and provide input to the planning process when required, within the London Borough of Harrow.

We serve the borough of Harrow as well as increasingly supporting families from the neighbouring boroughs of Hillingdon, Ealing, Brent and parts of Hertfordshire.

Should you live outwith these areas and need support, please see ADDISS, The National Attention Deficit Disorder Information and Support Service for advice on ADHD and The National Autistic Society for information on ASD.
